St Mary's is a voluntary aided primary school and it was established in 1850, modernised and enlarged in 1970, modified in 1996, 2002 and again in 2004. The school is situated in a rural village on the west side of Shrewsbury. The school building comprises of a hall, three class bases, a computer suite, learning support area, new library, kitchen, staffroom and administrative area. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered at lunchtime and after-school. The school aims to provide friendly and happy atmosphere.
