Background:
Ketley Town Junior School was built in 1967. It is a co-educational school. There are eight classrooms and a well-equipped computer suite. It has a large bright hall equipped with PE apparatus, and a separate dining room. There are two hard playgrounds, a football pitch and other grassed areas surround the school. The school offers instrumental lessons in flute, clarinet and violin. The clubs that are offered vary depending on the time of the school year, for eg English and mathematics clubs take place from the beginning of the spring term and continue up until SATs week. Other clubs often include: - cross-country, netball, art, choir, recorder, football and French. The school values highly, hard work, concentration, consideration of others and honesty.
