Background:
Our Lady and St Oswald's Catholic Primary School founded in 1896 by sisters of charity of St Paul. It is situated in a small market town on Welsh border. It is the only Catholic school within a 20-mile radius. The school has a new ICT suite, plus interactive whiteboards and computers in each classroom. It has five classes and mixed age-groups. French taught throughout school. Specialist football training after-school, paid for by parents. Extra-curricular activities: art clubs, choirs, netball clubs, and cross-country. The school'supports CAFOD and The Children's Society as main charities. It also supports Operation Christmas Child. Ethos: Care for others as we would like to care for ourselves.
