Background:
St Peter's Church of England Controlled Primary School was founded in 1897. In 1997 the school moved into a new purpose-built primary school with places for 210 children. It is set in a village on the outskirts of Telford New Town and the market town of Newport. The school offers a broad balanced and relevant curriculum planned carefully to develop children of all ability. The school emphasises the development of basic skills through a creative curriculum. The school is just going to start a breakfast club from 8 am to 8.45 am.
